Tour Plan

Day 1 – Arrival in Negombo

Upon your arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, a representative from Ceylon Waves will greet you and assist you with your transfer to your hotel in Negombo. After settling in, you can unwind at the beach or explore the local area. Enjoy a welcome dinner at a nearby restaurant and spend the night in Negombo.



Day 2 – Negombo to Sigiriya

After breakfast on the second day, you will set off for Sigiriya, famous for its ancient rock fortress. On your way, you’ll stop at the Dambulla Cave Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here, you can marvel at the impressive rock paintings and the statues of Buddha. Upon reaching Sigiriya, you will have the opportunity to climb the iconic Sigiriya Rock Fortress, where you can explore the ruins and take in breathtaking views. After your exploration, you will check into your hotel in Sigiriya for the night.



Day 3 – Sigiriya to Polonnaruwa and Back

After breakfast, you will take a day trip to Polonnaruwa, another UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here, you can visit the ancient ruins, including the impressive Gal Vihara rock sculptures and the Royal Palace. After exploring Polonnaruwa, you will return to Sigiriya and spend another night at your hotel.



Day 4 – Sigiriya to Kandy

On the fourth day, after breakfast, you will travel to Kandy, a city known for its cultural heritage. On the way, you will visit a spice garden in Matale, where you can learn about Sri Lanka's famous spices and herbal plants. Upon arrival in Kandy, you will visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, which houses the tooth of Lord Buddha. The temple's serene surroundings and the adjacent lake enhance its charm. You will then check into your hotel in Kandy for the night.



Day 5 – Kandy to Nuwara Eliya

After breakfast on day five, you will depart for Nuwara Eliya, often referred to as "Little England." The drive to Nuwara Eliya will take you through stunning landscapes filled with tea plantations, waterfalls, and mountains. Along the way, you will stop at a tea factory to observe the tea-making process and sample some of the finest Sri Lankan tea. In Nuwara Eliya, you can visit Gregory Lake for a relaxing afternoon and explore the town’s colonial architecture before checking into your hotel for the night.



Day 6 – Nuwara Eliya to Ella

On day six, you will make your way to Ella, a picturesque mountain town known for its breathtaking views and hiking trails. Once you arrive, you can hike to Ella Rock, a popular trekking spot that offers stunning vistas of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Another highlight in Ella is the Nine Arches Bridge, an iconic railway bridge set amidst lush greenery. You will spend the night in a hotel in Ella.



Day 7 – Ella to Yala National Park

On day seven, you will head to Yala National Park, renowned for its diverse wildlife, including leopards, elephants, and various bird species. Upon your arrival, you will embark on an exciting jeep safari through the park, where you can observe animals in their natural habitat. After an adventurous day, you will check into a hotel near Yala National Park for the night.



Day 8 – Yala to Galle

Day 11 – Colombo to Bentota

After breakfast on day eleven, you will travel to Bentota, a beautiful beach destination known for its stunning coastline and water sports. Upon arrival, you can relax on the beach or partake in various water sports, including jet skiing, snorkeling, and banana boat rides. After a day of fun in the sun, you will check into your hotel in Bentota for the night.



Day 12 – Bentota to Negombo

On day twelve, you will have some leisure time in Bentota before heading back to Negombo. You can enjoy the beach, take a boat ride on the Bentota River, or shop for souvenirs. In the afternoon, you will travel back to Negombo, where you can explore the city or relax at your hotel.



Day 13 – Leisure Day in Negombo

On day thirteen, you will have a leisure day in Negombo. You can unwind on the beach, visit local markets, or engage in water sports. Alternatively, you can take a guided tour of nearby fishing villages or immerse yourself in the local culture. In the evening, enjoy a farewell dinner at a local restaurant to celebrate the conclusion of your unforgettable journey



Day 14 – Departure
